- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 3-7 business days for metro cities.
- 5-10 business days for other locations.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available only for eligible orders (based on promotions or order value).
- For other orders, a shipping fee of ₹100-₹200 applies, depending on delivery location and order weight.
- The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our team at support@travura.in
- If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with images for a resolution.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available in select locations.
- A COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
- We request you to accept the order once placed, as frequent rejections may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
